David Krysiak, President

Mr. Krysiak is a Co-Founder of Headwater Properties and has served as President since 2015. Dave has started and/or managed a variety of companies since graduating from Cornell University in 2006.

Denise Guida, Vice President

Ms. Guida has been the Vice President of Headwater Properties since 2017. Denise previously worked in the maritime industry and also managed a variety of low income rental properties in southeastern Pennsylvania. She was the office manager for Auroch Partners V from 2016 to 2017.

Ryan Radick, CFO

Mr. Radick joined Headwater Properties after previously serving in various roles for Accenture. Ryan is responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting, and contractual matters.

Richard Woodville, Financial Consultant

Mr. Woodville joined Headwater Properties in 2017 as a part time consultant. Richard graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
