The comprehensive program includes all aspects of property management and our objective is to interact with our clients once per quarter or less. We seek to eliminate the hassles associated with rental property ownership, turning Landlords into purely passive investors.

Pricing for comprehensive program

50% of one month rent for new tenant procurement
5% of collected rents plus half of late fees collected as a management fee
$75/hour for Headwater Properties’ senior maintenance professionals
$40/hour for Headwater Properties’ junior maintenance professionals
