David Krysiak is the Founder of Headwater Properties. Since graduating from Cornell University in 2006, he has built and managed a portfolio of commercial and residential real estate and has led several businesses across different industries. His experience as an owner and operator informs Headwater's practical, disciplined approach to property management and long-term decision-making.
Gabriel Prroj
Gabriel serves as Head of Operations at Headwater Properties and is an active real estate investor in the Greater Philadelphia area. He brings an audit and accounting background into his work, which means he's deeply focused on how properties are run, how the numbers tie together, and where issues tend to surface before they become problems. His role is to keep operations disciplined and organized so owners can trust what's happening with their properties and tenants experience consistent, well-managed housing.
Kathy Sondermann
Kathy Sondermann is a Property Manager at Headwater Properties and has been with the company for three years. She has experience managing both commercial and residential properties and is responsible for overseeing tenant ledgers and owner financials. Kathy plays a key role in keeping accounts accurate, organized, and up to date across the portfolio.
Denise Guida
Denise Guida is a Property Manager at Headwater Properties and has been with the company since 2017. She brings prior experience from the maritime industry and from managing low-income rental properties across southeastern Pennsylvania. Denise focuses on tenant relations, serving as the primary point of contact for tenant communication, coordination, and day-to-day concerns.
Mike D'Agostino
Mike D'Agostino is Head of Maintenance at Headwater Properties. A master carpenter and former general contractor, he ran his own renovation business specializing in kitchens and bathrooms before joining Headwater. Mike oversees all property inspections, maintenance requests, and repair work across the portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained efficiently and cost-effectively.
